📋 Before You Begin
Having your documents ready is the best way to speed things up. Please gather the following:
Identification: A clear photo or scan of your Driver’s License or Government ID.
Income Verification: Your most recent pay stubs or proof of income.
Background Checks: A recent copy of your Credit Report and CORI check.
References: Contact information for previous landlords or professional references.
Section 8 & Voucher Holders: Please have your Relocation Package (RFTA) and your Leasing Officer’s contact information ready.
📩 How to Apply
We currently offer two streamlined paths depending on your rental type:
For Section 8 Applicants
Prepare the RFTA: Ensure your relocation package is filled out completely.
Scan as PDF: Please scan your RFTA and ID into a high-quality PDF format.
Submit via Email: Send your documents to VMCOhelp@gmail.com.
Subject Line: Include the specific unit address and your desired move-in date.
For Market Rent Applicants
Request an Application: Email VMCOhelp@gmail.com to receive the digital application link.
State Your Needs: Let us know how many bedrooms you're looking for or which specific unit caught your eye.
Attach Documentation: Include your ID, credit report, and CORI check in your initial email to skip the back-and-forth.
💰 Deposits & Assistance
Standard Move-in: We require First Month’s Rent, Last Month’s Rent, and a Security Deposit.
RAFT / Homebase: If you are applying for assistance, payments must be approved by your move-in date. Please list VMCOhelp@gmail.com as the landlord's contact on your application.

One at a Time: To keep things fair, we only accept one application per household at a time.
Pet Policy: Our units are generally pet-free.
Service Animals: We fully support service animal accommodations. Please disclose this during your application and provide the required documentation/certification.
